As an H3 Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Working with our team to develop, implement and scale target account strategies.

• Developing, launching, and managing new campaigns that promote our organization and brand.

• Undertaking audience/client research.

• Managing and facilitating social media communities by responding to social media posts, developing discussions, and participating in podcasts, etc.

• Monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance on our clients’ social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.

• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.

• Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.

• Manage a budget for social media and other related activities.

You’ll have to have the following skills / qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or related field

• Proven work experience as Social Media Marketing(preferred, 2 years +)

• Strong project management and prioritization skills with a clear focus on results in a fast-paced dynamic environment

• Hands-on experience in content management

• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)

• Solid knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics

• Strong Knowledge of online marketing channels

• Excellent communication skills

• Analytical and multitasking skills

• Demonstrated leadership skills
