What we do not collect
We do not collect payment information, passwords, government ID numbers, health data, or any other sensitive personal data. We do not run advertising trackers or build user profiles.
How we use your data
To respond to your enquiry
Your data is used solely to reply to the message you sent us. We do not add you to mailing lists or use your contact details for marketing without your explicit consent.
To diagnose technical errors
Anonymous technical data captured by Sentry helps us identify and fix bugs so the site works correctly for everyone.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate this website:
SendGrid (Twilio)
Email delivery — your contact form submission is routed through SendGrid to reach our inbox.

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted. We do not store form data in a separate database — it is delivered to our inbox via SendGrid and is not persisted on our servers beyond the delivery attempt.
Sentry error reports are retained for 90 days per Sentry's default retention policy, then automatically deleted.
Cookies
H3 Marketing does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The following limited cookies may be set by third-party services embedded on this site:
Google Maps: May set cookies when you interact with the embedded map on the contact page. These are governed by Google's cookie policy.
Sentry: May use a session identifier to group error events from the same browser session. No personally identifiable information is stored in this identifier.
Security
All data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS). We apply server-side input validation, rate limiting, and HTTP security headers to reduce the risk of common web attacks. We do not store your contact form data in a database, which minimises the impact of any potential breach.

Children
